MetalEater Demo 0.3

Game feel update:

- added sounds 

- a little better graphics

- full functional settings 

- reworked main charachter model

- removed customization (cuz it's kinda cursed)

- a lot of fixed bugs and added convinion fitures 

The next version will bring a new level, so stay in course.
